CAT BOARDING FAQ

Can I just walk in or must I book in advance?

Bookings need to be made in advance. We have a limited amount of space so we need to ensure there is enough available room for your cat. 

We understand sometimes emergencies come up, and we'll be happy to accommodate when possible - please give us a call to inquire - 613-236-4005

My cat will be vacationing with you while we are away. What do we need to bring/provide?  

You must fill out and email us the forms and vaccination records for your cat. We will also need a supply of your cat's food.

You are welcome to bring your own cat’s bed, blanket or special toys to help them feel more comfortable and at home. We will provide fresh water, clean bedding and fresh litter. [back to top]

Can I see the facility?

Due to COVID-19 safety procedures, we are not offering tours of the facility. [back to top]

Are there multiple cat discounts?

Multi cat discounts are available. Full price for first cat and 10% discount for subsequent cats in the same household. [back to top]

Are vaccinations required?

Yes. Proof of vaccination is required for all cats staying with us. We require rabies and FVRCP. [back to top]

My cat is on medication; can you administer it for me?

We do not administer any medications. [back to top]

What are your staff qualifications/credentials?

Our staff are trained in Pet First Aid, Pet CPR. [back to top]

Can I get my cat groomed while staying with you?

Yes a grooming appointment can be made in advance with the grooming salon. [back to top]

I am going to be late picking up my cat; will this be a problem?

We ask that all cats be picked up by 4:00pm unless they are staying overnight. Late fees will be applied to late pick-ups. If you know in advance that you are going to be late, call us to discuss arrangements. [back to top]

Something has come up and I need to cancel, is that ok?
